Vehicle Detail

This is a 2001 GLS 1.8T Jetta 4 door made for Rockford Fosgate sound competitions. It has 106K miles, and I have the service records for the car since new. There is over $4000 in the trunk alone! The car is extremely reliable, starts everytime, and gets me everywhere I need to go with zero mechanical issues, and great gas mileage. It has a frontmount intercooler for better cooling of the forced induction, a Megan Racing front strut tower bar, Neuspeed 2" race springs, brand new alloy with stainless steel lip 18" wheels, and brand new tires 205/35/zr18 as well...It features Audi R8 L.E.D. headlight conversion, with 10,000K color temerature headlights with ballasts, Helix of Germany L.E.D. tailights, L.E.D. converted license plate lights as well!! I even had the European grille from Kamei sports shipped here from Germany! I finished off most of the interior trim in REAL carbon fiber, and looks excellent, and professional. It also has a polished billet shftknob from MOMO Italy. All windows are professionally tinted. The interior is in great condition, the headliner is showing minor dirtiness, and there is a 4" wear spot in the carpet underneath the driver's floormat. The exterior is all original paint, with a minor ding in the trunk by the DC sticker, and some waviness in the passenger's side rear door (pictured), other than other minor scuffs, and scratches typical of a 2001 model vehicle, the car looks really nice. The starter bendex every other start makes a "whiny" noise at startup, which is typical of vw 1.8t, and 2.0 after 100Kmiles, you can replace the starter which works fine, orremove it, lube it, and reinstall it, or simply replace it, or deal with the noise...doesn't affect the cars reliability. The car runs smooth, and rides really nice with tight steering. The stereo system consists of a Alpine CDA-9886 headunit with ipod direct connect, USB input etc...a Rockford Fosgate T10001BD 1000watt subwoofer amp, two 12" Rockford Fosgate P3's subwoofers, and a Rockford Fosgate 10 farad digital capacitor, with all 1/0 gauge power wire. All of the 3 plexiglass windows are custom etched with Rockford Fosgate. The capacitor's window is lit up with 30 red l.e.d's, the amprack, twin 15" red neon tubes, and the right window has a custom built 12VDC plasmaglobe with real electricity that flows through it!! SEMA show stuff!! All trimmed out in REAL polished aluminum diamondplate. Still room for groceries!! The ONLY reason i am selling it, is the fact I live in Boise, Idaho, and the family wants a crewcab Colorado truck to go fishing, and pull a boat. This Jetta just can't do that. So, goodbye to my toy for my family!! So any questions, don't hesitate to ask me, don't bid if you can't pay, and oh yeah, HAVE FUN!! Thanks! On May-16-10 at 10:43:58 PDT, seller added the following information: I will answer some key questions I need to add...the stereo hits 143db (very loud), and yes has good high end too, 4 tweeters, 4 midbass, and a 200 watt 8X20 rms amplifier internally crossed over running the highs. Yes the Alpine blackbird GPS unit on the dashboard IS included in thes sale, and yes that 3 gauge universal mounted pillar pod with boost, air/fuel and oil pressure is included also, but only the boost gauge has been hooked up, other than all of the gauges illumination. There is $2,200 in the wheels and tires, $300 in the race springs, and I forgot to add both of the front struts were replaced with brand new Monroe's when the springs were installed 500 miles ago. I probobly between all of the custom lights, carbon fiber, stereo, rims tires, etc.. have put over $8000 into this car, in just goodies, so whoever gets it, will be getting one heck of a bargain! On May-17-10 at 09:59:11 PDT, seller added the following information: Found a screamin deal on a Colorado today, lowered the Buy It Now to $6500, because that would cover what I am short to buy the truck! On May-17-10 at 10:10:56 PDT, seller added the following information: Almost forgot to answer the question....NO! this car has NEVER been wrecked!!
