I am selling my favorite toy, my car, 1973 Corvette. Please feel free to e-mail me with any questions you may have. I bought this car two years ago from a guy in Naperville IL. Here are the repairs done to the car so far: Changed Oil New Brakes Gave it a Tune-up Had the Radiator rebuilt (from a-len radiator in Downers Grove) Put on a 4 Brand New BFGoodrich Radials Put on New Seat Covers Installed New Carpet New Carburator Put on new front bumber from CORVETTE COLLECTION in Plainfield IL New Radio, & I still have the original radio Emergency Brakes & Cables Chrome Valve Covers I have receipts for all of these items. This car runs great! It is a matching numbers 350 with 4 speed transmission. The VIN on the driver side door 1Z37J3S420605 and the number from the block are 13S420605 and V0405CKZ Like I said, this car runs great! It was driven regularly last tow summer and haven't had any problems. NOT ONe PROBLEM MECHANICALLY! It looks good! The body is in great shape and the interior is decent. Of course the new carpet and seats look very good, but the dash has a small crack and the door panels look pretty worn. This care still needs some miner work. It needs a new paint job. The paint looks better in the photos than in person. The headlights go up & down slowly, the speedometer says 67,847 but that is not correct. The cable is mosty likely broken. All of the other gauges work fine. It probably does have close to 67,847 miles because it runs just to good to have many more miles than that. It needs rgt upper control arm bushings(minor job)and a power steering hose leaks. If you are looking for a CORVETTE to restore, then I really think this is a good car to restore. Again, it runs great and is mostly all original. I am starting the BID of 2500 . This is a great price for 73 CORVETTE that you can drive home today!
