For your delight here we have a 1964 TR4 Project Car; meaning the car is not running. If you have been looking for a solid one to restore, then look no more. The body is straight as an arrow with the exception of a few dents from being in storage. Frame and body are rust free with the exception of a few small holes in the forward portion of the trunk(See pictures from above and below). The drive train is complete, the car rolls easily and the motor turns freely. The previous owner had all of the body work done but he was unable to finish the restoration. The car was running when the restoration was started; the body is in primer. I have a clear title and you are more than welcome to either come in person or send someone to inspect the car. To my knowledge, the car has been in Texas for over 25 years. I have boxes full of old and brand new parts still in plastic bags such as gaskets, moldings, bulbs, headlights, tail light assemblies, etc. I also have the frame for the ragtop, tonneau cover, complete interior kit in a box (minus carpet); top of the dash pad, door panels, etc; the only thing that I see missing is the portion of the dash pad surrounding the instrument panel. The bumpers are present, all of the glass is there and in good condition, door handles, grill, miscellaneous chrome, etc is all present. Bottom line, this car is pretty much complete. The ever elusive and difficult to find surrey top is there(see pictures) but of course, it will need all of the rubber replaced. Even the original hubcaps are here! I will sell to overseas buyers provided all funds clear before shipping takes place. I will store the car for a reasonable period of time until the buyer can make proper shipping arrangements. However, all shipping arrangements and expenses are the responsibility of the buyer. I have the car listed for sale locally so I reserve the right to end the auction at any given time.
