Up for auction is one of the nicest 1966 SS 396 Chevelle's that we have ever had or seen. This car is what everyone wants. It's a true 138 SS car, it's Black outside, and Black inside, it's a 4-speed car, it has bucket seats and a console, it has the knee knocker tach, it has power front disc brakes and power steering, it has a 12 bolt rear, and yes, it has the SS gauges in the dash. AND, this car is new. The car is very straight and very solid. The paint job on this car is AWESOME. It looks wet and 10 feet deep. Take a look at the pictures of this car. It is SHARP! The engine in this car is around 450hp. It has fresh pistons, cam, and heads. The transmission is a M-22 Muncie and man does it shift smooth. The rear end is a GM 12 bolt and has a 3:73 ratio. The car sounds awesome through the it's exhaust. The cam is perfect for a 4-speed car. It has a sound all of it's own. This car drives, handles, and stops great. It is a pleasure to drive. No disappointments at all in this car. All pans, both floor and trunk are solid. Even the quarter panels still have the original numbers in them. (see pictures) All glass is good and windows roll up and down as they should. Every panel is straight, solid, and original. This car is Lazer straight. The buyer of this car will get his or her choice of the 17 inch wheels that are on the car now, or the original Rally wheels. Feel free to fly in and inspect and drive this car in person.
