A nice driving 1929 Model A Roadster with a bonus look-alike "Mini-me" for the kids/grandkids. The roadster had a frame-off restoration in 1999 (photos of the restoration come with the car). Car is all original (no fiberglass). I have added modern ignition, fuse assy, wind wings, turn signals, electric gas shutoff; and trailer hitch to pull the little guy around. All can be readily removed with no adverse effect on the vehicle integrity. I would not consider this a "show car" but people do look - especially with the two together. I have only done a few car shows over the past 10 years and got a trophies in every one. This car was selected to show at Ford's 100th anniversary in Dearborn, MIch. - the only standard roadster there. Car has never seen a wet day and has always been garaged. Car has a few paint chips and minor scratches as expected when driving Michigan roads. Mechanically sound; upholstery / top is in great shape; engine runs strong (the mileage listed is what I put on since the frame off - I don't know how many miles prior to that.) The little guy started out looking more like a Model T than an A. I rebuilt it to look my like its big brother. The kids car has a gas engine (really don't know the brand) that starts on the first/second pull. It has forward /reverse and a hand brake. Goes 3 or 4 MPH (I'm guessing) and holds one adult with one small kid or two medium size kids. This car has fiberglass fenders with some stess cracks and scraped paint. (Everyone puts there hands on the fenders when leaning over for a look, thus the cracks!) Car is located in Flat Rock, Michigan and is available for a test drive.
