Vehicle Detail

Up for buy it now or best offer is an International Scout II. It is automatic and has the 304 V8. I bought this mostly stock in the winter as a project toy/play rig. I had a 4" Rough Country lift professionally installed, put on new black steel wheels and purchased some used 36x12.5 Super Swamper Radials that have roughly 1/2 tread. I painted the exterior (used to be canary yellow), and had the interior professionally sprayed with GatorHide (rhino liner). It has custom front winch bumper (winch not included but have a Warn 8274 for sale as well) It runs strong and tranny shifts out smooth. I do have a top for it as well and it is included in the sell. I'm only selling do to the purchase of a new pick up truck and I need to free up some cash ASAP. I have over $5000 invested and it would make an excellent trail rig or mud toy or whatever you'd like. I just got it like I wanted it and I hate to see it go. for the full "Buy it now" Price I will include the winch (needs remote and solenoids) and a new Sony CD with bluetooth and Ipod Controls. The body does have some rust, but the floor pans are good. The seats are practically new and this is a nice 4x4 for low money. For sale locally so I reserve the right to end auction early. please serious bidders only. This is a solid Scout and someone will have a fun toy for low $$. Please call or text 8705300491 with any questions. 5/10/10 I have had an overwhelming amount of offers and questions. Below is some more specific info that I know about this scout. It doesn't smoke, it does have small oil leak from back side of motor, not sure if it uses any oil because I haven't put maybe 100 miles on it. The paint was done by a spray can. The paint underneath was flaking and peeling and it was canary yellow and because my intentions were to play in the creek and gravel pit in it then it did not bother me. It has a dash mounted push button starter the ignition has been by passed (key still required) The owner before me had owned it for nearly 20 years.(A doctors son) I have receipts that I found in the scout that show garage receipts to fix the most basic task (so an indication they took care of it) It appears to have an aftermarket gas tank (or a gas tank cover in the back) its thick walled steel and just doesnt look original to me. I put a new exhaust on it (professionally done) I put a new windshield in it too. Dana 30 up front and 44 in back Manual locking hubs. I bought a top to use but I have never tried to install it. Its all metal and a full scout 2 top just never tried to put it on. I put a new tranny mount on it and someone before me has replaced the motor mounts. The interior is practically new in condition and it has a locking tuffbox center console too. This is not a car show scout i don't want to give a false impression but its no hunk of junk either it is ready to go play like it is or someone can put a little more into it and can make it even better.
