This car has been restored about 95%. It is a second owner car and was from Nebraska. I am the second owner. It is a rust free vehicle. When I purchased it there was a one inch diameter rust hole in the r/h front fender where leaves has blocked the drain hole from the vent below the windshield. That was cut out and repaired before profressional painting. All of the orig. exterior black paint was stripped, metal treated and expoxy primed. The white top was not stripped. The complete car was repainted and block sanded many times befor applying "two stage" paint. Clear coated. All of the stainless steel trim and glass, except the windshield was removed by stripping. The numberous stainless pieces was highly polished and reinstalled after painting the car. All the closure areas was primed and painted black, includeing the under sides of the eng. hood and rear deck lid. The body had only a small dent in the lower rear fender aft of the wheel well. It is a VERY straight body. It requires the reinstallation of the orig. door glass, new orig. style door panels, weather strips and rubber seals to complete the car. Health forces me to sell as is. I have new rubber carpet and the orig. style cardboard seal panels for the trunk area. The interior has been redone in the orig. color and style. Black white trim panels and herringbone style material in the seats and door panels. (See photos). New black carpets and orig grey style headliner. The dash area is all orig. Excellent trim and flat black paint. All instruments lens have been replaced with new items. The interior door panels was correctly done in the orig style and type of material, profressional, by a shop in Arizona. This is a VERY attractive car and gets lots of attention any time I drive it. It has 89,000+ miles on it and it runs very well. It could be driven any where. It has the 283 c.i. V/8 engine, 4 barrel carb, H.E.I. ingition, 8 mm wires. New tires are Coker wide white sidewalls, size 215/75-14R, 2000 miles on them. Radiator has been rodded out. new water pump ,hoses and fan belts. Optima battery. Orig. York air compressor and under dash unit. ( Has leak.) No power steering or power brakes. On the exterior, the emblems,Hood front trim and trim at front side of the fenders, l/r and the eight black bars on the l/r fender have been replaced. Also,the center trim on the rear lid has been replaced. All of the tail lights have new lens. Fender skirts. also. This a beautiful car and I have it fairly priced for someone that would like to finish it and enjoy "Cruis-in". Good luck on the bidding. Car will be sold "as is" with all of the new and used parts to complete it. Drive it home now.
