This is a beautiful 2000 Passat GLS station / estate wagon, 2.8L V6 DOHC, automatic, disc brakes, every option and fully loaded with power windows, power locks, leather interior, roof rack, and just 80,600 miles. The VW has a two way sunroof, 5 doors, and plenty of room for everything. The interior is tan and the exterior is dark green. I would say the color is British racing green, even if this VW Passat was built in Germany. The Passat was wrecked and repaired. The car has been in storage. We charged the battery, rinsed off the dust, drove it around the block, and took pictures for this auction. The VW will start, run, and drive. I do not know of any fluid leaks or issues with the engine, transmission, or brakes. Rain does leak in around the front driver door, and the carpet will get wet. The electric windows, door locks, alarm, and radio (no CD player) work intermittently. All of the gauges, lights, and sunroof appear to work normally. This would make a great parts car or donor car. The electrical problems and door leak might be repairable by someone who knows what they are doing. I would not expect the car to perform as a daily driver in the current condition. We can not legally drive the car on public roads. The winning high bidder is responsible for a $500 deposit within 48 hours and full payment within 7 days.
