I purchased the Jeep about 8 months ago - thought I had a job lined up but didn't work out. Previous owner's add stated: "I have owned the Jeep for approx 5 years and it served as my primary vehicle for half that time until it became a backup vehicle for my 2006 Wrangler. Most parts have been replaced, rebuilt, or repaired. A/T with a straight 6 engine, carburetor, exhaust, wipers, windshield, brakes, distributor, etc. I have spend $8K in repairs and maintenance. All new wiring in 2008 and new Hankook tires end of 2008. Dependable vehicle, it has never left me stranded and runs good. I used this vehicle as much as my primary vehicle especially when mail volume is high. The mail tray can fit 12 large plastic trays at one time freeing up space in the back. Doors slide open easy." Vehicle has working seat belt - no shoulder harness. Jeep is capable of running at highway speeds. Fuel gauge does not work (wire from tank to gauge not connected). Previous owner sold it because she became disabled from an off job accident. Mileage - UNKNOWN. No warranty - vehicle sold as is.
