I have the clear Arizona title in my hand and it is CLEAN. There is no mention or note of a "lemon" brand anywhere. I bought the car practically new from a reputable Arizona luxury car dealer with a 100% eBay rating. No "lemon" issue was ever mentioned, nor is it indicated anywhere on the title. (I have included a scanned copy of the title in my pictures to show the clean Arizona title, with no "lemon" brand.) I have contacted Autocheck 4 times (saving copies of all communications) to have their records corrected, without a response from them and therefore without much success. I have also contacted DMV who has no "lemon" records on this car. BOTTOM LINE: The car is perfect, never a single problem with it during the entire time I've owned it (19,000 out of 25,000 miles), and as you can see from the pictures, I have the CLEAN title in my hands.
