Vehicle Detail
Up for auction is a 2007 Toyota 4 Runner SR5 with the 4.7L V8 and 4WD. We purchased this 4 Runner from Right Toyota in Scottsdale, AZ back in July of 2007. It has a little over 46,700 miles on it as of the time of posting this auction; however it will be driven over the course of the next week. This is my wife’s vehicle and has been well cared for. It will be driven during the course of this auction approx. 50 miles a day. The 4 Runner was NOT apart of the Toyota Recall. This 4 Runner had an MSRP of $34,597 almost three years ago; I have all of the documentation, books, manuals and window sticker that will go with it. While it is an SR5 it is a heavily optioned one; Tonneau cover for cargo area Premium in dash am/fm 6-disc in dash CD changer w/ MP3/WMA playback capability Black roof rack and cross bars (never used) 17” alloy wheels w/ P265/65R17 tires Driver and front passenger seat side mounted airbags First and second row roll sensing side curtain airbags with cutoff switch Illuminated vanity mirrors Leather steering wheel and shift knob Steering wheel radio controls Cruise control Rear spoiler w/ center high mounted stop lamp Daytime running lights Carpet floor mats/cargo First aid kit Cargo net It has power everything including both front seats. This 4 Runner also has the tow package; I believe the tow rating is 7,500lbs. There is loads of storage from the compartments near the radio, center armrest (also has vents for the back seat) and then multiple storage compartments in the rear cargo area. We added heavy duty Husky floor mats for the front, back seats (goes all the way across), and cargo area. We also added a K&N air filter. Oil and oil filter changed regularly as well as the tires rotated and balanced. The guy at our local Big O says the tires have about 12,000 +/- miles left. This has been the only maintenance that has been performed. Did I mention V8 power?!? It is rated at 16/19 however my wife gets slightly over 20mpg regularly and on road trips we’ve been over 23mpg! It has full time 4WD as well as push button 4LO. We also purchased an extended warranty that extends the 3/36,000 mile warranty to 5/60,000. It is the GOLD extended warranty from Toyota and it is transferrable for a $50 fee which is your responsibility. Overall the 4 Runner is in great condition, I recently had it at the local Toyota dealership for some warranty work (radio was replaced) and I received multiple compliments on how great of shape it is in. It does have some minor rock chips on the front bumper and some scratches on the rear bumper, both of which are pictured. There’s a scuff mark on the hood and the above a wheel well which should buff out just fine. We have really enjoyed this vehicle and do not want to sell it, this is by no means a fire sale and not something that we have to do. It is financed through Toyota Financial so after I receive payment and it clears my bank, I will get the note paid off and title sent to you. I can do up a bill of sale for you once you pick up the vehicle. I will only release the vehicle to you once payment has cleared. Kelley Blue Book says retail in excellent condition is $27,185 and private party is $24,385. If you say it is in good condition (no value added for condition) is it private party is $23,185; KBB only give retail value for excellent condition. I honestly feel that my 4 Runner is in better then good condition but maybe not quite outstanding; only 5% of all used cars fit into the excellent category. I have priced this 4 Runner aggressively for it to be a good deal for both the buyer and myself. Private Seller!!! Original Owner!!! NO SALES TAX!!! I reserve the right to end the auction early as it is for sale locally and in other media. I’ve tried to describe my 4 Runner thoroughly. Feel free to ask any questions you may have. I’ll be as accommodating as I can be should someone like to see it, I live about 3 hours NE of Phoenix. $500 non-refundable deposit is due within 3 days of close of auction via PayPal, Certified Funds or Wire Transfer with the remaining balance due 7 days after that in the form of Certified Funds or Wire Transfer; please remember that funds must clear my bank account before I release the vehicle to you. I’d be willing to deliver within a couple of hours for a fee. I think that about covers it, but if I missed something feel free to ask me a question. Thanks for looking and good luck! On Apr-26-10 at 21:29:07 PDT, seller added the following information: The 4Runner is getting a new windshield next Monday morning. No moonroof. On Apr-30-10 at 16:25:07 PDT, seller added the following information: THE RESERVE HAS BEEN MET!!! THE 4RUNNER WILL SELL!!! I DO HAVE SOMEONE COMING BY TO SEE IT TOMORROW MORNING IF THEY DON'T LEAVE ME ANY MONEY THE AUCTION CONTINUES!!! As I stated above I do reserve the right to end the auction early should it sell... Current mileage is about 47,000. Once the new windshield gets put in on Monday I will clean the 4 Runner up for the new owner and it will stay parked in the garage until it is picked up. It will not be driven anymore after Monday morning. I will get all of the documentation I have together and put it inside the glove box or in a folder between the seats.
