You are bidding on a 1949 Packard Deluxe series 22 four door sedan wi1h 41,350 origanal miles.The engine is 288 cu stright eight with a three speed manual colum shift with overdrive. It runs and drives good and the body is in excellent condition with decent paint.The battery and the five Coker wide white walls are new. The bumpers and door handles have been rechromed. The rear compartement upolstery is in great condition but as you can see by the photos the front door pannels are shabby. The front seat also need some attention.and the head liner is saging but not tourn. The over drive and radio stoped working last summer, probably only a fuse. I have a sun visor and some new and used parts that will go with the car. The car is licenced and insured and it gets a lot of thumbs up wherever I go. Its a nice old car that needs some tender loving care. It would be an easy restoration or drive it and injoy it as is. I purchased the car a few years ago with the full intent to restore it as a show car but with many other projects and no room to work I am forced to find a new caretaker for this fine car.
