Vehicle Detail
Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE I bought this car from my friend about a year ago, who got it from his grandfather. It had been in the family for long time... past 15 years sitting in a barn. He told me, he parked the car, cause it needed ball joints, and stuff like that, ( some new ball joints etc. did come with the car ) but he never got to working with the car. It has some 50 + K miles, which are supposed to be original miles. I think the paint even could be original, and I could not find any sign of an accident. I got the engine started, and seems to run fine. ( freezer plugs were punched holes, so you can't run it too long ) Also I did move the car around a little (no brakes), and at least transmission seems to work on slow speeds back and forward. Also most of the electrical works fine, like all the windows, lights, turn signals etc. I can hear the power top motor running, but it is probably low on hydraulic fluid. It is very a straight car, and the body is in pretty good shape, like doors and fenders etc, although the floors had been patched allready because of the rust. The frame has rust issues too, but the doors still shut ok and the door gaps are ok. I think it is still worth putting back on the road. Title was lost over the years, but that is not a major problem. I have lot of pictures, from underneath too, downloaded online that I can email. I reserve the right to end the auction earlier, and the car is available for inspection. SERIOUS ONLY, please call 616 322 1767 or email direct to minkkinen@sbcglobal.net My name is Sami ... and thanks for looking. ps. It smells mice pee.
