Up for sale is are 1983 Datsun/Nissan 280 ZX We bought the car about 4 years ago to rebuild for are daughter. Unfortunately she only got to use it last summer before she got pregnant and needed a bigger car It was a 73xxx mile original condition car before restoration The car has been stripped and pretty thoroughly gone thru . The car runs great and goes down the road smooth and straight Has power windows, locks, mirrors, etc. Straight six L-28 engine with 5 speed trans Gets good gas mileage and has a pretty awesome stereo/av 5 channel surround setup with 7” motorized in dash unit with CD/DVD player TV/AM/FM tuner, Pioneer 6 by 9” 5 ¼”, 3 ½”, 1" speakers, 2 amps and MTX 10” subwoofer Since completion we’ve put less than 3000 miles on it Below is a list of most of the work /parts done and a small list of to do’s Nothing that effects drivability it’s ready to go We have put enough time, energy and money into it We would like to get the shop space back so it’s up for sale There’s been over $10k invested with a pile of receipts, some extra parts and paint to go with it We scanned a spreeadsheet into the computer to get the list below so pleasr excuse any typos Idaho Z-cars did the following work Idaho Z-car Evaluation/Pressure Wash Engine bay and undercaridge Rebuild L-28 engine with F54 block w 36k War Replaced all gaskets seals and bushings EFI and housing replaced+New injectors+New injector tubes New distributor Replace vacuum advance&Cent Advance timing set Remove tank treat paint Radiator+new cap+ New clutch fan assembly Hoses replaced, heater, radiator, fuel,all vacuum lines and clamps Replaced AC idler bearing and ac comp w rebuilt unit Flywheel and ring gear replaced, motor mounts replaced New clutch & throw out bearing Install reconditioned 5 spd transmission Replace the power steering pump&rack with rebuilt unit. Plug wires+looms replaced+6 wire harness Battery MT4+Battery cables+all terminals replaced Bushings and dowel pins replaced Other work done as follows Complete brake job and brake system flush Wheels sandblasted painted and clear coated BF Goodrich GT tires installed New struts, new Energy Suspension poly suspension and sway bar bushings 4 wheel alignment Car stripped, Interior pulled, Pressure/steam cleaned scrubbed and ozone bombed Por 15 paint applied, complete 3M undercoating, sound damping material installed Exterior blasted and prepped for paint Car sealed w Deltron epoxy sealer and primed Painted w Deltron Dark poly pewter met basecoat and 3 coats Deltron urethane clear Windows tinted Interior parts replaced and or painted Some of the various parts replaced either new, rebuilt, used or aftermarket Fuse box cover, Dome light, both rear taillight housings, front air dam Headlights crystal cut halogen, added fog lights lower grill, new body moldings OEM rear window louvers, Lexan headlight covers, Fresh air intake system, mud flaps, new emblems, shifter knob Muffler, pipe and tip, antennas, new wheel center caps, console lid New interior pieces rear panels side, center, hvac control panel, Leather Steering wheel Carpet kit, Dash cap and misc trim parts, all new weather-strips, window seals etc. New carpet Too Intense Restoration and new racing style reclining buckets Install Audio Video system and wiring as follows Remote 7” indash wide screen motorized display w DVD/CD player, TV/AM/FM tuner and pro logic surround processor with aux/Ipod input and nav/rear cam capabilities Install 2- 6 by 9”, 2-5 ¼”, 2-1", 1-3 ½” speakers 2-amplifiers, power capacitor, MTX 10” sub and custom enclosure and Diversity TV antenna, #8 MTX power wiring , monster cable audio cables etc. (amps and equiptment mounted in spare tire compartment) Please email if you have any questions Is advertised locally for $7750 OBO So may be ended early Will consider partial? trade 4*4 truck, suv, road bike, muscle car project or?
