Up for auction today is my nephew's 78 Trans Am. His dad bought this car for him for graduation as a father son project but after a handful of speeding tickets and one exhibition of speed dad says the car has to go. The car has had some bodywork done and has been repainted at some time in its life. I believe the quarters have been replaced and there is some filler in spots and the paint job is very nice but is not show quality. The interior shows some ware but is complete. All the gauges and lights work and the power windows function properly. There is also an aftermarket radio and equalizer. The wheel and tires are in great shape and only have a few miles on them. The car also has sub frame connectors and many new parts. The engine is a 350 pontiac with a stepped up cam, roller rockers, aluminum intake, Holly 750 double pumper with 4 corner idle, full length headers, and a full flowmaster exhaust. The transmission is a turbo 350 with a mild stall, shift kit, and pan cooler. The rear end has a 3.42 gear with posi traction. Please look at all the pictures carefully and ask any and all questions.
