Price reduced (with wife's permission)! Final bid for this FULLY RESTORED 1975 HONDA CB 550four in near mint condition. This little beauty has received both mechanical and cosmetic rejuvenation....a true piece of motorcycle history! It has the original dent-free tank (with rust proof lining) and matching side covers, with a lustrous and fresh paint job replicating the original using a higher quality fuel-resistant clear coating. The original model/branding emblems are also present and look superb! The seat has been reupholstered with a new Honda Branded cover ensuring no rips, tears or fading of any kind. The exhaust system is a Mac 4-into-1 system coupled with fresh exhaust gaskets - this results in a pleasant (Honda) thrumming engine note without being obnoxious or vibey. The original chrome fenders, spoked rims, and engine covers have been polished to a shine and catch the eye of all who see this machine. All of the electrical components including the lights, horn and electric starter are original to this bike and function excellently after having each of the their terminal connections cleaned. The engine has received a valve adjustment (costly), retorqued cylinder-head bolts, and fresh gaskets and seals throughout. New plugs, battery, oil change, ignition-points and condensers....brake adjustment and fluid change, new chain and lubricated control cables and tires. All my biker friends insist on RIDING THIS BIKE when on tour! This bike, like any vintage machine, has a different 'feel' on the road SIMPLY AWESOME.
