ABILENE TEXAS CALL TO SETUP A APPOINTMENT--325-280-2581 JASON This is a 2014 Ford F-150 XL Crew Cab 4x4 with the 5.0 v8 motor. The truck was an oilfield truck, but it has been through the shop to check for any potential issues. The motor has a misfire on cylinder 8 with low compression that is the cause of a check engine light. This could be any number of different things and we do not know what the exact cause is, only that there is low compression on cylinder 8. The truck idles rough, but it does drive and accelerate. It accelerates and drove at highway speeds when we drove it. Transmission shifts through all of the gears as it should. The 4x4 operates as intended. The A/C blows cold, the heat blows hot, the windows roll up and down. Tires are weathered/worn but not totally worn out. The truck has vinyl floors and seats. Radio works. Truck has power windows, power locks, cruise control, and the tow package. It is a long wheel base XL work truck. Damages on the truck are minor and depicted in the photos. There is some minor rattling that seems to be coming from a door panel. The truck does not have a tailgate on it and does not have a tailgate that goes with it. Outside of the issue on cylinder 8, the truck has checked out mechanically with no other major issues to speak of. It is a high mileage truck and you are welcome to check the truck out in person if you are able to do so.
