Both pumps can run at the same time. Design: Complies with DOT regulations and NFPA standards #385 and #407, MC-406 Side Cabinets: Left side fueling equipment, left side bottom loading. Piping: 2” Stainless Steel piping, pressure tested to 150 PSI with cork and Buna N flange gaskets and type 75 Victaulic clamp with “t” type gaskets and low point drain plugs. Filter/Separator: (2) 2” Velcon VF61 filter vessels with manual water sump, constant bleed line for air elimination routed back to tank with 1⁄4 Synflex and check valve, kamlock fitting and caps on drain lines. Spring loaded ball valves for drain. Cone Holder and Chock Box: Aluminum holders for cone and chocks on right rear. Dual Bottom Loading Systems: Provide (1) 2” Kamvalock, 3-lug standard B/L adapters, Wittaker Internal valve, F6 3 jet level sensor, gauge pre-check and brake interlock. Registers: Liquid Controls LCR2 electronic registers. Hose Reels: (2) Hannay, EPJ20-25-26 T.W., 2” x 90 degrees HJ-1590AL swivel, explosion proof switch and motor with condensation drains, manual rewind, hand crank, solenoid and 50 amp circuit breaker. Fueling Hose: (2) 3⁄4” x100’ service station style hose. Hose Reel Shut-Off Valve: (2) Betts WD201-ALB Wet-R-Dri valves ahead of swivels on hose reels. Nozzles: (1) OPW Diesel nozzle, (1) OPW Gasoline nozzle Lights and Wiring: 12 volt system with wiring in protective covering with required Betts clearance lights, marker lights and reflectors. All lights LED style. Small amber strobe on bracket on tank dam with switch in cab to turn off and on. Installed Betts 360 degrees Floodlight at rear of left side cabinet. Installed backup alarm at rear of unit. Brake Interlock: Electric brake interlocks and installed on the PTO, nozzles and bottom load adapters. Installed 12 volt compressor with air tank.
