2002 Honda CR125R This bike is fouling spark plugs. I have changed the jets and get the same results. I believe something else is wrong. The bike has been to the dealers several times to fix the fouling issue(rebuild of engine top and bottom ends). Spent thousands on it. Includes owner Manual, rebuild receipts and shop manual.
