Up for sale is my Honda CB450 motorcycle. First and foremost this bike is a project. It runs and drives but has a few issues. There is an excessive oil dump issue on the left side. Oil is dumping into the exhaust. I have checked the compression on both the left and right side. They are both equal 149 psi. My guess it needs a valve adjustment, head gasket or valve seat work? Bike looks to have never been torn apart and I'm not gonna start now. It has been in storage since 1988. Headlight, brake light, horn and starter work. Starter button is missing so I have had to use a fine point screw driver to start it. I haven't checked the blinker lights. Front brake needs fluid or ? I haven't opened it or tried filling it with any fluid. Carbs will leak if you leave the gas petcock on. Once warmed up the bike will idle and rev with ease. I took it for a quick spin and the bike shifted fine through all gears. The seat is missing the rear bracket but the front one latches open and secures firmly. Exhaust has no holes on the bottom just surface rust. Tires hold air and are not weather cracked. Honda has a clean and clear South Dakota title in my name and possession.
