I bought this car several years ago as a non-running vehicle. I had another 2002 rotary engine ready to drop in it, and did so. If you've never driven a rotary engine, they similar to a motorcycle (high rev limit and torque band is high as well). The problem is that they consume oil to lubricate the rotars. Reservoir capacity is small (a couple quarts), so you need to check the oil level often. Long story short - I didn't check it enough. It's been sitting in my garage for a couple of years and I need to get rid of it. It is a low miles vehicle and the title is clear, but it has an accident history with the previous owner (it show's my transaction with it in Texas as accident history, but it was only an engine swap). So, if you have a rotary engine or have a rebuilder near you, this is an excellent chassis to build on.
