For auction: one 1986 Honda TRX 70 ATV / quad in very good condition as pictured. I purchased this quad after it had been sitting for about 20 years with very few hours and made the below listed renovations with mostly OEM parts. It has been ridden maybe half a dozen times since then, in excellent mechanical condition the engine runs, gears shift and brakes stop as originally intended. Renovations include:New OEM Honda brake lines front (2) and rear (1);New OEM Honda brake shoes front (2 sets) and rear (1 set);New OEM NGK spark plug and ignition cap;New OEM Honda air filter / sponge;New OEM style seat cover (original foam underneath);New OEM Honda gas cap and gasket;New OEM style Cheng Shen tires and two piece rim seals;New rubber fuel lines;New aftermarket carburetor (quality $75 carb, not a cheap version - works perfectly);New OEM style decal kit (not all decals were replaced - only the ones needed).As stated above, the trike had been sitting and did have some corrosion - so it needed a cleaning and sealing of the gas tank with sealing kit (inside and out). Areas showing some rust were cleaned and touched up with paint to prevent any further corrosion. The plastics are original and in very good condition, two small cracks have been repaired with epoxy/zip ties under the seat and are not noticeable. This is a first or second pull start quad with very few hours - original grips and foot pegs prove that. A blast to ride, shifts smoothly through all gears and stops abruptly with the new OEM brake lines / shoes (the old parts / tires were not worn out - just slightly corroded / cracked respectively, so they were replaced). Additionally, all moving parts have been lubricated and nothing further known to be needed - just a new owner. No disappointments here, see 100% positive feedback and I have sold numerous vintage Honda ATCs previously with excellent reviews. Bill of sale only, no pink slip available and unknown whether this quad is in the DMV system.
