This 1965 Mustang Fastback is a complete car ready to restore. In the last two years I did a ton of the mechanical work turning it into a restomod. I started with a 2005 ford Motorsport crate motor that I had with under 10,000 miles on it rated at 360 horsepower $2800. The last thing I did is have the C-6 rebuilt including new fly wheel and stall speed convertor a few months ago $900. The following is a list of the parts cost: single pulley kit $459.97, poly rib belt $27.97, polished water neck $19.97, radiator $135.97, aluminum intake $166.00, headers $135.97, HEI distributor $139.97, electric fuel pump $64.97, fuel regulator $24.97, carb $524.57, locking dipstick $44.99, trans modulator valve $18.97, polished alternator $440, plus all the small stuff. The mechanical labor $1842.49. Total invested in drive line was over $7500.00. Receipts will be included. The only thing left mechanically to make this a running and driving car is to upgrade the rear gears and update braking system .The body is really clean as you can see from the pictures with only minimal rust on the bottom of the quarters. The paint is the black finish before I bought the car, so was painted in the early 80's. The engine compartment is exceptionally clean and original with no rust. I took pictures of the bottom to show the minimal rust on the drivers side front frame rail and the rust on the rear frame rails. The floors look like they have one patch in them.
