We just brought home this rare and awesome 2002 Ford F550 Crew Cab 4x4 Stake Body Truck with VERY LOW MILES and a 7.3L Powerstroke that would be perfect for so many different uses. This is a very functional and very highly sought after truck in the used market. As usual, WE'RE SELLING IT WITH NO RESERVE AND THE BID STARTS AT $1.00!!!! FORGET ABOUT ALL OF THOSE RESERVE AUCTIONS AND TRY A TRUE AUCTION. THIS TRUCK WILL BE SOLD TO THE LAST BIDDER........NO MATTER WHAT!!!! Most dealers would list this truck with a hefty reserve, but not Valley Auto Sport.....we've got the best merchandise and no reserves. Ok....now for a few details. This one-owner truck has been leased locally since new to the original owner. It obviously wasn't used much given very low miles......we don't see many 15+ year old work trucks with miles this low!! We came across it the other day and just had to bring it home. We see quite a few larger stake body trucks, but not many in this size or GVW range. It would be absolutely ideal for a landscaper, material supply company, mason, or just to use around the farm. With a robust 17,500lb GVW, this truck can handle all kinds of different loads with no problem and the lift-gate on the back makes it a cinch to load and unload. Under the cab is the powerful 7.3L Powerstroke Turbo Diesel with only 113K ORIGINAL MILES!! If you don't already know, this is probably the best diesel engine ever made. We have friends with over 500k on them that are still going strong. They are becoming more and more difficult to find and with just over 100k, this one is extremely rare!! The stake body measures a total of 9' long which allows for all types of different cargo. It has a steel floor and steel sides that are removable if you just need a flat bed. Mounted up front is a 9' Fisher Minute Mount Power Angle Plow with a pistol grip controller and snow foil up top. Honestly this is the perfect truck to mount a spreader on the back and make a bunch of money moving snow and treating roads and parking lots this winter. There is a pintle hitch and a built in brake controller so you can even tow a trailer or other implement. Inside, you'll find all the features and options necessary to make driving more enjoyable. It has Air Conditioning, an AM/FM radio, and and seating for 6...you can haul the whole crew. This truck has everything you need and looks great as well. We thought it would be also perfect for hauling hay on the farm, trees and plants at the nursery, or pipe and construction supplies from the yard. You may have another use in mind, as there are plenty of options especially with the plow set up on the front. The new owner will get a great, heavy-duty, diesel work truck for a great price.....you will save a bunch of money buying here. This truck was quite expensive when new, but pretty much all of the initial depreciation has already been paid. If you're in the market for a heavy duty truck with one of the best engines ever made that is ready for whatever job or customization you choose, this is the one. We have 15+ years and over 1000 positive feedbacks on eBay......why would you consider going anywhere else. Go with the sure thing and put our 30+ years of automotive experience to work for you. Now for the condition report. The exterior and interior are in very good condition. Outside it does show a bit of use and there is a some cosmetic damage on the lower right side of the cab. It's nothing major, but it is there nonetheless. The stake body is in good condition as well with a bit of normal surface rust on the deck. Underneath, the frame and bottom of the cab looks much better than most we see. There is very little rust and certainly much less than what we would expect to see. Overall though it's in very nice condition, not perfect, but very nice. Inside, the Gray seats are also in good shape with no big holes or tears. All of the interior features appear to function normally and we can find no mechanical or drivability issues. Please keep in mind, however, that you are buying the truck 100% AS-IS with no warranty like we sell all of our trucks. It is sitting size 225/70 R19.5 tires that are pretty well worn and should be replaced soon. Folks are picky about tires depending on the intended use, so we decided to let the new owner pick what they want. This is the right truck with the right miles and all the right specs, so don't miss your chance.
