It fires right up with no slow starting, hesitation, or smoke. Runs great, has plenty of power and the transmission shifts very well. It drives well down the road very well. It comes with power windows and locks although the rear door lock actuators are starting to get tired. All of the emergency equipment inside functions properly, its got a powerful inverter that runs off of the vehicles charging system and puts out a nice steady 110v, even when not running. The batteries in it are just at a year old. The light bar on the roof, flashing headlights, and strobes on the cab all work. The red emergency lights on the sides of the top do not work, neither do the ones in the rear exterior of the top. The sirens are still there and intact but the control box has been removed. The paint is nice and shiny with normal wear and tear from being used.
