The instrument cluster is as pristine as is the rest of the bike and all lights & gauges work as they should. Also, the tank is not rusty nor has it been lined...very nice. On Oct-08-18 at 19:24:48 PDT, seller added the following information: OK, it comes with age...i forgot to mention that the tires are BRAND NEW. So is the BATTERY! So are all the fluids...BRAND NEW. There's just one key but it's the original Honda key and fits everything. I have the owners manual but i'm still looking for it. Also, i put a fresh set of plugs in. She's ready in every way. I envy the winner! My first Nighthawk 700 came from right here: eBay, a Red & Black '84 with 14k on it and boy, was it ever Beautiful! Got it up in Alpharetta, Ga and a friend rode me up there on his Goldwing and we rode back...IN THE RAIN and it got down to the mid 30's that night so, it was bitter cold riding 70mph on the Interstate but we rode all night straight through, stopping for gas, coffee & a sandwich or snack every 125-130mi's or so. So, my new passion took hold and i eventually wound up with 22 Nighthawks,10 650's, all '83-85's and 12 700's, all '84-86's and kept the untagged ones in a Hanger i shared with a fellow aviator and had 8 with tags on em in my garage and rode them all at least once a week. It was a job at times to move em around to get to a particular one that i wanted to ride at that particular time but every bit of it was a LABOR OF LOVE...i absolutely love these remarkable motorcycles. The only newer one i had was a SHOWROOM 2002 Nighthawk 750 with the center stand package, black with just 1200mi's and in ROCK STAR, MINT CONDITION and those things literally fly!!! When i decided to begin sellling my bikes due to circumstances, that 750 was the first one to go..it was a chain and only had 5 speeds.
