Normal 0 Up for sale is a very nice 1998 Cadillac DeVille Wagon. It has an amazing low mileage of only 56k. It was garage kept, and meticulously maintained it's entire life. For years, it was mostly driven at 35mph. Yes, it was originally built as a hearse, but was changed over to a station/delivery wagon for my personal use. It works out great for camping, is a perfect contractor work truck or delivery van, works well for folks with large dogs, skiers, etc. All of the access doors are super big, for very easy loading of stuff. Featuring an inside bed of over 9 feet, this has been great for hauling any and every thing. These wagons are custom built, at a cost of over $75K. They are built on a 3/4 ton truck suspension, and have 6 lug wheels. A complete Cadillac air suspension keeps this driving and riding just like a normal Cadillac should. You'll never know that you're driving a workhorse vehicle. I have put 900 lbs of cement bags in the back, the body didn't drop an inch, and it drove like it was empty. Engine is the dependable V8 Northstar, that is surprisingly quick. Having never been abused or overused, the car runs like new. It always starts right up, goes straight down the road, brakes are good, more than keeps up with traffic, and handles well. It has a complete set of 4 brand new tires, and will come with an extra set of 4 really good used tires.Exterior is in fine shape, silver in color, with no dents, rust holes, or general damage. The interior is navy blue leather. The carpet is good, no rips or tears in the seats, headliner is excellent, and so are door panels and dash. The spare tire and the associated tools are all there too. There is a crack in the windshield, that doesn't affect the sightline, but should probably be replaced at some time, and the starting price reflects that issue. There is a storage area under the back bed that is accessed from either side, and another storage spot/shelf behind the seats, that they once used for umbrella storage. The rear loading area also comes with the original flop down, black drop apron, used to avoid damaging the bumper area when loading things. This car really is in excellent shape, mechanically sound, with strong responsive engine, it does not leak oil, it does not overheat, transmission shifts smoothly in all gears. It always starts right up and drives straight, it both runs and handles like new. This wagon will still be good to go for years and years from now. Feel free and confident to drive this car home anywhere, with no worries at all. Also included are all of the original hearse parts, rollers and such, if someone wants to convert it back to a hearse. I included pictures of the original bed look. I removed all of the rollers, except the very back two, which help with loading boxes and stuff. The carpet is peel and stick squares that are easily replaced or removed. Included in sale are a number of extra, brand new, matching carpet tiles. The interior matching, navy curtains, for both side windows and rear window, come along too. I have a large black rubber mat, that is included, covering/protecting much of the carpet in the rear. The rear window is covered with a carbon fiber look exterior decal. This helps hide what might be inside, from view. It is easy to see out of from inside. If desired, the decal can be removed easily, leaving no damage. Car is also equipped with a full time rear view camera. The regular rear view mirror is still used, as normal. However, when the back is loaded up, blocking the rear view, the camera is there too, for smooth sailing. This is a NO RESERVE auction. I have 100% LIFETIME feedback as a seller, so no worries here.
