Former South Carolina Highway Patrol car. I bought it from an auction hoping it would just need a starter. The engine is locked up. It comes with another 4.6 Crown Vic police interceptor engine that does turn. I was told that the engine has 78,000 miles. My intention was to have the engine put in, but it hasn't worked out. I ended up buying another car. It is rust free other than a spot on the roof where the paint has peeled off. It has carpet and the velour interior.
