I imported this bike from european vintage cycle shop. The bike came from a museum collection in Belgium where it had lived for 65+ years. It was restored by them and I have never cracked it open. It was drained and shipped and it has sat that way in my collection since then. I did put new tires on it 10 years ago. I haven't started it but the kicker has great compression. The bike is 79 years old and is sold as seen with no warranty. The only things I am aware of that is needed is a new battery and a new battery terminal wire harness. (An entire wiring harnesses for the whole bike are available for 53 Euro online and the battery cables could be made easily) She is a beauty to look at and always gathers a crowd at shows. It was featured in Cafe Racer magazine from the Hand Built motorcycle show in Austin TX. It has been a trailer queen since I have owned her and lives in doors. This bike has never been titled in the US. I imported it myself for my own collection. You can title it yourself with just the bill of sale depending on state. ( I have been informed that some states make this difficult, so please check before bidding. I will provide my original importing paperwork to the buyer as well as bill of saleif desired. I’m not sure but it could be helpful.) Texas said it was super easy with just bill of sale . Although these are not as sought after as the Boxer models, they are 30k less. These thumper's rarely come up for sale in the US. Ask any questions you have before bidding. I'm not a mechanic but i will do my best to answer. The frame number and motor number are within a 100 of each other so i'm pretty sure this was the original set up. Frm 3135XXMotor 3134XX Pics of the numbers on request.
