My girlfriend got the bug and wanted a bike to learn on. It had 250 miles on it then, it has 303 on it now. I probably put 40 of those miles on it, and she's ridden it in parking lots a handful of times. Anyway, it's not being used and I could use the garage space.Bike is gorgeous, and has not been dropped or damaged. Really hard to tell from new. Starts, runs and rides like a brand new bike should. The only minor flaws are a small scratch on the right side of the rear fender, one front spoke nipple that the zinc plate came off of, and a tiny nick on the handlebar clamp. The right rear turn signal rubber was damaged and is being held in place with the aid of a zip tie. Also there is the tiniest ding on the left side of the tank. It's really hard to see, in fact we had it for weeks before I saw it. All of this is shown in the pictures. None of this detracts from how great this bike is but I want to make sure it will exceed your expectations! The original Rebel is finally out of production after more than 30 years. If you have seen the new "Rebel", that's probably why you are here. In my opinion, that thing's butt ugly, expensive, and not as friendly to the new rider.NOTICE TO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS !!! Bike comes with a clean South Dakota title. Has 49 state emissions. CA State law says you can't title it there if it has less than 7,500 miles on it. I have not tried so it has not been flagged. Maybe you know a way to do it? Of course if you can title it in ANY other state, you are golden. It will be sold to CA residents as parts only. Motorcycle is located in Clearlake, CA 95422.
