Vehicle Detail
This one is a gem and is priced to sell quickly. I absolutely, positively LOVE this Tesla and doing my part to help reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Before this P100D, I had a 750+hp CTS-V Wagon. Massive amounts of torque and I are best friends. At 905 ft. lbs. equivalent, I would take the Tesla over the Caddy ALL DAY LONG. With 2.9 seconds 0-60, barely anything on the road can match the acceleration of this SUV. I bought it because I wanted a vehicle that was fast, comfortable, and relaxing to drive. Another Tesla owner described the best part of owning a Tesla as sitting in traffic, stress-free because you engaged the car to drive itself. After a stressful day at work, I wanted to feel that way without worrying about hitting the gas just to slam on the brakes again. This is the most comfortable and powerful car I have ever driven, and I never worry about running out of battery. Since purchasing it in November, I have put an average of 1,600 miles on it per month. You can drive this thing wherever you want without concern. Current mileage is approx. 12,700 miles. I charge it each night to a max of 70% because in one of his tweets, Elon recommended that batteries stay between 30-70% for optimum life. Before I bought this car, I read an independent study that found that the average Tesla battery degraded an average of 10% once the vehicle reaches 200,000 miles. The “Free Supercharging” is transferrable to the next owner. However, you probably won’t use it that much. The average commuter will only use the supercharger network when doing road trips. The battery is plenty big enough for 99% of Americans’ daily commute for 2+ days. Why am I selling it? I need to sell it because one of my investments needs cash. To be clear, I don’t want to sell it. I have an extra Jeep I’ll be driving until I purchase my next Tesla. Because I am Type A, I installed the clear wrap (I forget the brand, but I did my research first) on the front half of the car as soon as I took delivery and then had the entire car coated with Opticoat. I have the warranty paperwork. All the interior LED lights have been swapped out for slightly brighter ones. I also purchased the leather-bound cubby for the center console (see pictures of center console) and purchased protective mats for the entire car. The carpet under them is cherry-perfect. The spare 20” wheels in the pictures have brand new tires. You are getting an extra set of wheels and tires with this purchase. I also have all charging adapters, cables, and all other small items that came with the car from the factory. I am the original owner. It is fully loaded except for the cold-weather package. Note: the two front seats DO have seat heaters though. To be clear, it has the following options: 1) Performance Package 2) Upgraded sound 3) Enhanced Auto-Pilot 2.0. (The fee for the Full Self-Driving, which isn’t even available or legal yet, has not been paid.) 4) Towing package 5) 22” wheels, and 20” wheels and tires 6) 6-seat configuration. This configuration gives people in the third row plenty of leg room. 7) Carbon fiber trim upgrade 8) Tinted windows. Again, I bought the good stuff. I am keeping the license plate for my next EV vehicle as I will never buy another gas or diesel car again.
