Hello, I'm selling off my collection of vintage dirt bikes and this is the next to go. !973 CR250 Elsinore in nice clean condition. The bike has some period correct performance upgrades like a DG pipe, mikuni carb, progressive rear shocks, uni air filter. The forks were rebuilt last year and the engine got new piston rings. The bike also got new tires / tubes at that time. Cylinder looks like new, bike starts easily and shifts as it should. This bike came from California and is still jetted for sea level. Alloy gas tank is very straight and has the brushed aluminum sides (not painted to hide dents),Seat and all plastics are original and have been repainted. I hate to see it go but I can't be a collector anymore and it's too nice for me to go scratch / dent up in the dirt (I have another one for that). I have what I believe are the original tires for the bike in good condition.... if the new owner wants them they can go with the bike.This bike is strictly off-road and does not come with nor has it ever had a title.... ebay requires that I put something in that category so I put clear. But, again, no title. Bike is sold as-is with no warranty.Also, mileage is unknown but only an hour or two run time since I've owned it.
