Vehicle Detail

1965 Ford Mustang Fastback 2+2 This 1965 Ford Mustang Fastback with the original 289… rebuilt and bored to a 302 with roller rockers. The engine only has about 1000 miles on it… so it’s brand new. The automatic transmission was rebuilt as well at the same time. It has the pony interior as ordered from the factory with the upgraded interior from the factory (lights in the door, wood grain, upgraded door handles, etc.). It has a new Custom Audiosound radio for a 65/66 mustang that has all the new features offered today (bluetooth etc.). Also, the car was converted to disc brakes with a Stainless Steel Brake Conversion. Complete new brakes on rear with new brake booster system. It has all new front suspension, upper and lower control arms, sway bar…all new poly bushings and new struts….everything replaced new….new shocks and springs…new power steering system along with a rebuilt rear end. The body of the car, even though it was straight, was redone and is perfectly straight all over. I have shown pics of the trunk, trunk corners, rear tubs and gas tank…all redone to exact specs and new. I have tried to show the pics of under the hood of the corners, radiator supports, braces, and engine. I did put a new Eldebrock 600 cfm on the car to make it run perfect. The car comes with both the Torque Trust wheels you see on the car but I also have the original “PONY” 14 inch wheels with trim rings….with new BF Goodrich tires. This car was completely rebuilt in Texas sparing no expense. It was taken completely apart and rebuilt as new. Every part was inspected and either reused as new or purchased new. I have stacks of receipts and document and even a CD and pictures from the beginning to the end. The car has a Texas title (from the person I bought it from) and a SC title ( from the person he bought it from ). I bought it as an investment but now have decided on another land investment project. Hagerty values this car at $38K excellent to $29K for good.
