A Lexus dealer immediately removed the interior seats and carpets, and then dried and inspected the vehicle, the carpet was replaced and the seats and their connections were not affected, the telematics module did need to be replaced. There are no smells or odors and the vehicle still smells brand new. Water did not reach the engine or transmission and everything operates as it should, it shifts smooth and drives very nice. As an added precaution, the oil and filter were changed and the transmission fluid was flushed and replaced, there was no sign of water in any of these fluids. Let the insurance company pay for your Great Deal on this car, it has been completely inspected by the state and issued a rebuilt title, and it can be registered in any state just like any regular title vehicle.
