1956 Oldsmobile 98 Holiday Sedan. This is a no-post hard top, top of the line Olds. Needs complete restoration. This vehicle is originally from Louisiana and is basically a solid car with plenty of potential to be a real beauty from the tri-five era. When these were new, they were the very definition of a luxury car, with plenty of creature comforts and a dream to drive. Engine compartment is pretty complete as far as I can tell. I have not tried to turn the motor over. It is the 324 V8 with the Olds Hydramatic transmission. While there are some holes in the floor in the driver's position, the rest appear solid as far as I can tell without getting under the car. There is a bit of plastic in the left rear quarter, but no significant sign of other repairs. Look the pictures over well to determine the quality of the vehicle. NOTE: See my other auctions for my 56 olds 4 door sedan parts car. No motor or trans with this one, but a lot of other parts, including Auto Headlight Dimmer (Autronic Eye).
