This is a 2002 Toyota Prius with about 180,000 miles. It's been in the family about 10 years, and has had regular oil maintenance. The main hybrid battery needs fixed. The body and interior are in good condition with a few minor scratches, dings, and dents. The dashboard will turn on, but the engine will not start. The aftermarket CD player isn't working. The car will need to be towed upon pick up. I will only accept cash or paypal for payment. A few months ago, a triangle engine light came on, and the car started driving strangely. I took it to the Toyota dealership, and they told me the main hybrid battery is going bad. It was too expensive for me to fix, so I decided to drive it as long as I could. A few weeks later the car could no longer be driven, so I got another car. I recently learned that a rebuilt battery pack can be installed for about $900, but since I already have a working vehicle, I don't want to put that money into a car I'm not driving. You should do your own research on getting a rebuilt 2002 Prius battery. I'm selling the vehicle AS IS without warranty. Please contact me with questions.
