Hello, I’m selling this car to provide more resources for a project I’ve been working on. I’ve had it for about 3 years, I’m the second owner (first owner was from Virginia), and I got it with about 22k miles on it. The car now has just over 31k miles and still has that nice “new car” smell to it. The wear and tear is typical for a car like this, you can’t tell in the pictures, but there is some peppering/chips on the front of the car, some small curb rashes on a couple of the wheels, and on the interior (besides minor/normal wear) the center ring around the iDrive scroll wheel is peeling up. The scroll wheel issue is typical for bmws of this era, and seems to be an easy 2min $30 fix according to bmw forums. Of course I’ve driven the car briskly down a few canyon roads (as you do with a car like this), however most of the 9k miles I put on the car were done going back and forth from meetings in Denver, CO. I live on the western slope of Colorado and each round trip was about 560 miles of highway cruising. Also, because of where I currently live, the nearest bmw dealership is in Utah almost 5 hours away. So the car also needs a fresh service, as well as some new front tires (the back ones were replaced before the front and still have some good driving left in them). I really don’t use this car much right now, so the mileage you see in the pictures will be very close to what you’ll see in person, should you decide to purchase this beauty.
