If you've ever driven an RSX, you know how special these neat little coupes are! Fun to drive, great on curves. This one's Jade Green Metallic exterior, Titanium cloth interior. We absolutely love this car, and we bought it brand new, but it's time to move on. Very well maintained, about 75% highway miles. Always used top-tier gas and Honda/Acura/Mobil 1 oil. Never driven hard, has been extremely reliable (that's what preventive maintenance will do for you!). Smoke-free, always kept in garage. Starts and runs well. Detailed maintenance records available, most of the time has been taken to Honda dealer for routine maintenance. Nothing out of the ordinary - normal wear and tear items like brakes. The biggest thing was a new catalytic converter at 163,000 miles (May 2015). Alternator replaced Nov 2016. New Michelin Premier AS tires purchased just one year ago (we use 4 snow tires every year - those will be sold separately on Ebay, so if you're interested watch for them soon! They were just purchased last fall.) All power features work, including the super cool moonroof. AC cold, heat hot as of this past winter. All new front brake pads, calipers and rotors at 199,749 miles (Sept 2017). Now for the embarrassing part! Years ago I backed into the arm of my utility trailer. You can see the pics both with and without tape. It did not damage the lights, only the plastic (and of course there's the dent!). Because I've kept up on carefully taping it, I've only had to replace one bulb in that area, and that was about a year ago. No accidents (unless you count the unfortunate trailer incident!). Body is otherwise good; just a few dents - actually, not many for a car this age. Something we couldn't get the pics to show well is the hood condition. There are a lot of small flecks of paint off. Not super noticeable, but you would definitely notice upon reasonably close inspection. The rust shown is the worst of it; just a few other small spots starting like those shown. (By the way, the white spots in a couple of photos are not bird poop! The cottonwood trees decided to shed just as we were taking photos.) So what's wrong with it?Not much! The worst thing - while one lower front ball joint was replaced last month, the other will need to be replaced probably pretty soon. No symptoms are apparent - I hear no clunking when turning or going over bumps; I learned of this when I took it in for a recent oil change at Honda. They also informed me that the rear stab links are beginning to get some play in them. They said that can wait; not a safety issue. Those are the only mechanical issues they saw when it was there April 13, 2018 (see pic of inspection. Look closely, as some of the marks start on the green but at first glance look yellow). A few interior backlights are out, but it didn't bother me enough to replace them - backlights for the 3 climate control dials. The cruise control off/on light has been out for years (the one near the speedometer works fine) . The glove box needs new stoppers - it swings all the way down when you open it. All known problems are stated above. Obviously, this is an as-is sale and we cannot offer a warranty. Mileage will be a little bit higher than pic shows when bidding ends, as the car is still being driven once per week. Estimated mileage will be around 211,650.
