Welcome to Auto South Inc., today we have for sale this 1967 Ford Mustang Fastback Shelby GT500 Recreation. This car belongs to a highly motivated client and we are helping them facilitate the sale of this beautiful Mustang. Comparable cars are listed from around $40,000 for a restored fastback to $120,000 for a Shelby GT500 Recreation on Ebay. Our seller is asking only $65,000 for this amazing car and is open to offers! Our client has had this car around five or six years now and has finished a frame off complete restoration of the vehicle. The car has been kept inside since restoration and only been driven a couple thousand miles. When 1967 Ford Mustang Fastback was restored as a Shelby GT500 Tribute and looks amazing! There was absolutely no expense spared when restoring the car. Everything on the car is either new or completely rebuilt. This Mustang is fitted with a completely rebuilt 400 CI Windsor which is connected to an AOD Ford automatic overdrive transmission with a high stall torque converter. The motor has a mild cam, Edlebrock aluminium intake, and holly 4 barrel carb w/ 2 quad carb type air breather. The 400 CI Windsor is also connected to a new custom exhaust system giving the car a a great sound. The car has freshly been painted in a pepper grey metallic with black metallic stripes. The paint lays exceptionally slick on the car. You can tell by looking at the photos that the job was done right. The car was also built to be driven. It is fitted with power steering, power brakes (including disc in the front), Air Conditioning, leather seats with fold down rear, and a 60's style AM/FM cassette player. This 67 Fastback drives exceptionally well also. it has plenty of power coming from the freshly rebuilt motor and puts it down well with the matching set of Kumho Ecsta (225/45/17 front - 245/45/17 rear).
