BRANDED TITLE. TEXAS NON-REPAIRABLE TITLEWow! What an exceptional car. This is a loaded 2017 BUICK ENCLAVE - completely decked out with power/leather seats, rear back up camera, Bose stereo system, heated/cooled seats, dual moonroof, and much much more.This car suffered fresh water flood damage in Houston in 2017. I purchased the vehicle from the insurance company and performed all repairs. I then found out it had a Texas Non-Repairable title which means it can never legally be driven on Texas Roads. However Kentucky, Montana, and potentially other states allow these cars to go through a safety inspection and then be titled for the road - DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE BIDDING! This was a low water fresh water flood. Water did not rise above seats. We installed a new BCM, stereo amp, and removed interior to completely clean. Vehicle was fully serviced with fresh fluids and is ready to enjoy!Runs and drives perfectly, looks fantastic!! ******Car has ~2,000 miles but will be sold as "not actual". This is likely due to the insurance company not being able to power up the digital odometer after the flood. Car is being sold as-is and local pickup in Houston, TX.
