( LAST RUN) This CB1100F Super Sport was parked for 14 years in a garage. I cleaned the tank and the carburetors with new floats and needles. The coils, plugs and wires were replaced along with the battery. The Vance and Hines header had a crack at the weld where the down pipes go into one on the bottom of it where it looks like it drug a curve. The pipe was repaired and will stay on it, the Carb`s were jetted for it and it still looks good. The bike started up and found an idle after a few minutes. I drove the bike down the road and back with no issue. The bike ran tight and pulled strong through all gears. It appears to idle and run normal. That's as far as went. It needs new tires first and foremost. It needs new fork seals. The tubes show slight pitting but not where the seals ride (see pic`s). The gas tank does show surface rust inside but no pitting or flaking. It needs to be treated or sealed. (its clean right now and I will not or have not put gas back in it). It has a new rear brake master cylinder and brake line. The brakes do work. They were cleaned and flushed with new brake pads. It has new oil and filter along with a new air filter. And it has been repainted. The new paint looks great, the decals do too but show a few imperfections, only a few (see pic`s). The bike has been cleaned and detailed and touched up as you can see but is in great shape with semi-low miles. Has a clear Texas title.
