I am offering my clean 1969 Neptune Blue Kombi , Bus has a great original look and Beautiful patina . To start the bus is super clean and runs like a dream . The suspension was built by Franklin’s VW works in Kent ,Wa . 4” Narrowed and adjustable front beam , rear adjustable spring plates . All brake system has been gone through , lines , master ,wheel cylinders , and new shoes . Motor is a low mile 1600cc dual port , runs excellent , no leaks nice and strong new clutch ,pp , throw out bearing , mounts etc . So much to list . Has new Brm chrome wheels , new Tmi door panels , new seat cover on rear seat , fronts aren’t very old , has good pioneer stereo system . At some point in the 80’s a sunroof was installed . Doesn’t leak and I really like it . Ads some light into the back area . Body is solid , no rust issues that need addressed . Over all body is in good shape , has some dings ,scratches , small dents ,chips here and there . But to be expected on a 50 year old vehicle . Has lots of character and not so nice you will be afraid to drive it . Small rock chip in windshield with small crack . But not so bad it needs replaced . The bus drives very good , is lots of fun and will get you more attention than you may want . With all 3 seats , makes it easy to load the family in and go have fun . I really hate to sell .
