This is a great big block V8 pickup. The truck runs and drives - the more you run it the better it drives. I've done quite a bit of work to it over the years, but mostly just to keep it running well. I've always wanted to tackle a full restoration but never had the time. It's a great candidate, but it's also a big job. If you just want a strong truck there's only a few things to do. A few standouts: - I had a leak in the gas tank, so removed all the carpet and replaced the tank with a new one. If you keep the interior you'll want to get new carpet. - While the brakes work fine, I always wanted to convert the fronts to disc brakes. - One of the tires has a leak and will need to be patched or replaced. I've had this truck for 18 years and don't drive it enough to keep it. It really needs to go to someone that will run it - it likes being driven.
