Description Rare 1936 3 window coupe This 1936 has just been given a frame off restoration that looks like a' REAL HOT FROM THE 50S'.THE 36 HAS A PERFECT STANCE WITH A MILD 2' CHOP WITH MORDEN HORSEPOWER. This is a very rare car, as it is the last of the 3 windows produced. Ford only made just over 21,000.The 36 came with a speedometer showing 140 mph in kilometers.(draw your on conclusions) The modification are very suttle but still retain the look of a 36. Body & Exterior All steel body with Bob Drake rear fenders. Professionally chopped by Little John Harvey (see rodders journal #4 40 coupe) and painted with PPG custom mix paint. Has a 40 Ford dash Dakoda digital instruments with analog gauges including clock. Has 40 Ford bumpers 39 tail lights custom 3 piece hood with hand made center molding. Guide style head lights with turn signals,original painted grill and American tork thrust wheels with spinners. The roof was already filled when I got the car but looks like it was filled from the factory because the inner structure was gone. Just another clue that the car might have been built outside the U.S.The 36 has Vintage air(not hooked up) Billet steering column and American wiring. The 36 has a complete new floor and new rear deck replacement inner and outer. Underneath the car is very clean. Frame The frame is a Pete and Jakes built by Kugel with a chrome and stainless front and rear end at a cost of $23,000.Has a independent front end with Mustang rack and pinon steering. Jag style rear end. Four wheel inboard disc brakes. Engine and power train. Just Built 350 Chevy with steel crank roller rockers Rebuilt 200 R transmission with shift kit. MSD Atomic fuel injection with distributor. Chrome alternator and compressor, Electric fan. InteriorCustom vinyl interior with bench seat German weave carpet. Power windows with crank style handle.Lokar shifter.CD player. The car is priced way below what you could build it for.
