Up for auction I have my 1946 Chevy pickup 1/2 ton truck. pink slip on hand clean title original Swift Red color. getting rid of due to new project truck has been repainted this is an older restoration a year old since restoration. you will see some chips scrapes imperfections look at pictures as I have shot close-ups on paint finish. Body has a great shine on finish surface no waves laser straight doors and hood side panels as well, gets good compliments real head-turner truck ready for car shows or daily driver. Truck has custom reupholstery bench seats 100% leather and Corner panels. headliner is vinyl to match real leather bench seat also has black carpet. truck is ready for car shows or daily driver. Motor is a 216 with some new upgrades new distributor with pertronix electronic 6-volt module and flamethrower coil. also Motors been dressed up with aluminum fin valve cover new valve train. Newly rebuilt YF Carter carburetor. For speed transmission with Granny gear shift smoothly through all gears as it should. Also rear ends Ben completely rebuilt with 3.5 ring and pinion install so you can Cruise 65 70 miles an hour on the freeway. New 6.00 16" white wall Firestone bias ply tires with stainless steel hubcaps Chevrolet script lettering and stainless steel ribbed beauty rings. Also added dome light as an accessory lights up when open doors. Front original newly chrome bumper rear aftermarket chrome bumper, Grail rechromed as well only flaw is that the grill does not sit flush at one corner of bottom of apron did not realize when Grill got send out to rechrome that it was slightly bent inward, not a big issue since fog lights block that area so I decided not to replace with different Grill. Speedometer not working could be connection at bottom at transmission for speedometer cable.Other than that all gauges are functional truck has Deluxe heater with windshield defroster upgrade need to be connected so it be functional to electrical switches once done that it should work. Also truck would be needing new exhaust system as exhaust now is temporary.You will get new stainless steel headers. so you can install them when you put new exhaust system. Or you can use original exhaust manifold up for your decision. Bed is finished with a beautiful white oak sealed with four coats of clear coat PPG front and back of wood.
