Available for purchase is a rare (about 4800 face lifted 750 models compared to over 40,000 facelifted 740 models) 2001 BMW 750iL shadowline sport. 126K original miles, wood trim with inlays. Original paint. Titan silver with black interior. Texas/California car no rust. This is the last of the good looking 7 series, period! The 750 models have a V12 engine which is not prove to the typical issues which plague the M92 found in the 740 cars (timing chain, vanos, oil leaks) All options operate as designed. I am a BMW technician and enthusiast. The car always had middle age adult owners. The previous owner was also an enthusiast but due to health condition the car mostly sat in a garage. Recent work within the last 500 miles, valve cover gaskets, water pump, thermostat, coolant, brake fluid flush, brake pads, fan clutch, transmission service, and spark plugs replaced. Upon purchase by previous owner work was performed, radiator, hoses, expansion tank, all fuel injectors replaced. The torque converter was replaced when vehicle had approximately 105K miles, DSC control module, along with suspension bushings, and power steering hoses. Black alcantara headliner. Glove box pull handle missing, the box can still be opened and used. Vehicle runs and drives as designed, no vibrations or rattling, the transmission shifts smoothly and without slip or flare. The interior is in great shape with minimal wear. Never smoked in, no pets. The original carpets are in near new condition with no wear or staining. (factory floor mats show some wear) The leather seats are in great condition and remain soft without cracks in the leather. (minor stress lines of the leather are present on the front driver and passenger seats and are a normal condition for used leather) The exterior paint is in perfect shape with zero fade or oxidation, and presents itself with a high gloss. Black painted trim presents with no fade at all. Body condition is great with the exception of normal rock chips on front, and a few minor blemishes around the car (too small to be seen in pictures) There are no fluid leaks whatsoever. Vehicle recently passed California smog test. I own two of these cars, and need to reduce the size of my collection. I do not need help selling the car.
