1997 Dodge Viper GTS - This was the pinnacle of low production coupes and the story behind the 97 cars are what is so intriguing as a true collector. The 97 was hailed as the leftover car. These cars were built as a direct run off of the 96 GTS that was a very forst coupe in viper existence. The 96 cars were so highly desired that they had so many orders for the 96 cars that Dodge built a limited number of coupes for the 96 owners who wanted the cars and were unable to order a 96 because of only building 1,100 cars, this maxed the 97 hailed as the car that had filtered all of the 17 TSB’s on the 96 cars was only built in 97 with stripe delete through the license plates so the difference from the 96 and 97 cars were evident. The 97 cars only 435 cars were built and this jewel is one of the 435 unmolested for the most part with a few bolt on mods, exhaust, aluminum radiator, incredible sound system over 4K, 1 1/2 lowering springs. This particular 1997 comes with both keys and key fobs, original Dodge Viper service manuals from the dealership. Everything on this Viper works as it should and has been garage kept from day one. This is a rare opportunity to own one awesome Viper GTS at an Amazing price! The reason for selling my viper is I am going in for back surgery in April.
