((((((THIS IS A NO RESERVE AUCTION))))))MANY GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS CAR. HAS A TITLE BUT THE LAST OWNER NEVER GOT IT PUT IN HIS NAME SO IT IS SIGNED OVER FROM THE DEALER SHIP HE GOT IT FROM TO HIM AND THAT IS AS FAR AS IT WENT. NOT SURE HOW TO GET AROUND THAT IF YOU ARE WANTING TO RESTORE THE CAR IN YOUR STATE. EVERY STATE IS DIFFERENT. BUT YOU WILL MOST LIKELY NEED TO HAVE IT TO GET A BUILDERS. I DID NOT WANT TO GO THREW THE TROUBLE TO TRACK HIM DOWN. THE DATE HE BOUGHT IT WAS IN 1969. STORY : This is a 1955 Buick Special 4 door. The story behind the car before its death. It was at least owned by two people before the last person took it to a local vintage car graveyard to sit in peace for around 12 years because they didn't want to junk it out. And now i have it haven't done much to it but get it rolling and push able so i could play with it. Now to the stats THIS CAR SEEMS TO BE ALL ORIGINAL SO WHAT CAME OUT WITH IT IS STILL IN IT.MOTOR : Is a 267 GM V8, Its locked up has fluids in it to possibly help with breaking it loose. It has around 18,000 miles and can be proven by the oil change sticker that say the oil was changed around 16,000 miles and the speedometer says around 18,000. TRANS : Don't know a lot about it only know that it shift up and down and rolls around freely.RIMS & TIRES : Has two original rims the other two are what i had that fit. Front tires are nearly new.BODY & RUST: This body seems to be fairly straight only dents that i have seen are on the fenders. The drivers fender has folded back some how. But that's about it for dents. There is a few spots of rust and bondo. Spots include some up by the headlights not a lot Little on the drivers floor board and some in the back corners of the trunk. Also some bondo on the rear of the quarters but no rust threw.INTERIOR : The seats are all there and the front seat functions like it should everything looks as it should for sitting in the Nebraska summers for so long. All of the windows are there and are functioning so it helped to preserve it somewhat. IT ALSO HAS THE ORIGINAL KEY FOR TRUNK AND IGNITION. (WHAT YOU SEE AND HAVE READ IS WHAT YOU GET WOULD BE A GREAT PROJECT FOR CHEAP OR CHEAP PARTS CAR SO ITS A WIN WIN!!) HAPPY BIDDING THANK YOU!
