Vehicle Detail
Relisted due to non-paying bidder. PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU AREN'T SERIOUS!!This is the PERFECT canyon and HPDE car. It's about 600 lbs. (complete guess based on removed items) lighter than stock with far more power. Anyone that knows E36 M3's and drives it says it's the fastest NA car they've driven. Runs very competitively at the track, faster than any stock E46 M3. Great car if you are looking for something that's cheap to fix, and 80% of the way to a NASA spec race car. Much more rare to see a no-sunroof car. **Disclaimer*** Engine has recently started having an occasionally blinking low oil pressure light and increased valve-train noise. I've had 3 shops look at it, 2 say this is normal for the cam installed, 1 said it could be indicative of a problem. Just being very upfront on current conditionModifications and upgrades were installed mostly in one session by previous owner, about 2500 miles ago. The chassis has around 158K miles on it today.2 year old Matte Red paint looks like a satin wrap, paint is 95%, couple chips here and there on lower rockersPasses smogInterior is gutted, retained door panelsA/C works, but not ice coldAftermarket headunit worksPower windows work Engine: (Please read disclaimer regarding engine!) •Original S50 bored out to 3.2L •Turner Motorsports Stage 3 Kit Including: oaFe Cold Air Intake oPorsche 3.5" HFM o24 lb fuel injectors oShrick Cams (264/256) oTurner Motorsorts Shark Injector Software Mapping for OBD1 •Retained S50 Manifold (better top end power) •Supersprint Stainless Race Exhaust Manifold •Stock Cats and SuperSprint Stainless Catback •CSF Aluminum Radiator •Aluminum thermostat housing and upgrade metal blade water pump •New belts/hoses/gaskets Drivetrain: •ECS Lightweight Aluminum Flywheel (Details on the flywheel?) •E34 M5 Clutch Kit (Details on the clutch?) Regarding SMOG and Street Legal questions I've been asked. SMOG is tricky on old cars. If the CEL is off the car should pass smog. The car has current registration in CA and registered without issue. I do have many more pics, but eBay limits us to 24.
