Total rebuild frame & engine all parts nickel -plate. Fender brace's rear stand & clip are NOS. I 'am getting the handle bar grips & gas line will be fitted b/4 end of sale. Bench ran engine for 15 minuets. Engine rebuilt with new crankcase cheek bushing & line bored. Bike after completed has not road tested.Timer in correct. Wheel tires tubes & rims are new with original hubs that have been nickel plated. Paint is urethane with clear over strip & painted decal. The Steffey were 2 cycle & sounds like a Maytag when on idle. Bike frame is a Mead Ranger Tallman converted for Leather flat belt drive. If you Goggle U tube 1910 steffey you can hear one run. These were some of the first motorbikes made & the company also made engines for farm & industrial use. Will help buyer with shipping arraignments. These about as rare as bike grips get ,condition I would say is 9.They where on the this Mead Ranger but misplaced on my recent move. Grips like these can sell as for 500.00 +. I just put up the pictures. The grips are from the early teens, many were found on the Harley Davidson bikes as well as others.
